I'm Nikita Saunders, Founder and Director of The Admin Agency in Cambridge. I started this business because I genuinely enjoy what most business owners don't, the detail, the systems, the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running.

With over 20 years of experience across legal, accounting, and high-volume sales environments, I know how to keep a business organised, on track, and one step ahead. I bring that experience to every client, not just to complete tasks, but to manage the admin function of their business properly.

I work with small businesses in Cambridge, and across New Zealand, professional services, trades, consulting. If you've outgrown doing the admin yourself but aren't ready to hire, that's exactly where I come in.
