  • I take care of the admin side of your business so you can focus on the parts only you can do. That covers things like managing your inbox and calendar, invoicing, bills, client communication and follow-ups, keeping your files and systems in order, preparing documents, and making sure the day-to-day stuff actually gets done.

This isn't about me waiting for you to send me tasks, (although naturally, this will happen). The goal is for me to take ownership of your admin function and run it, the same way an in-house office manager would.

  • At the discovery session, we talk through your business, what a day looks like for you, what you are spending unnecessary time on, how you prefer to communicate, whether that's email, text, phone calls, or even voice notes, where admin is costing you time, and which package makes sense for you and your business. From there, I handle onboarding, get access to your tools and systems, and we agree on how we'll work together day to day.

  • Typically, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3pm. For most admin work, same-day or next morning is standard. If your business needs someone available outside those hours, we'll work out whether it's a good fit before we start.

  • Sole traders and small businesses, mostly in professional services, consulting, or trades with real back-office complexity. Usually one to five people who've outgrown doing the admin themselves but aren't ready to take on a part-time employee. If that sounds like you, we're probably a good fit.

  • There are three retainer options: Essentials (from $1,200 + GST/month), Admin Partner (from $2,200 + GST/month), and Operations (from $3,200 + GST/month). You're invoiced weekly at a consistent amount throughout the year. The monthly rate is worked out across 48 working weeks too so you're not paying for my annual leave.

Which package makes sense depends on how much admin you're dealing with and how complex your business is. We work that out together in the discovery session.

  • A lot of time is wasted tracking hours, and it doesn't reflect how business actually works. Some weeks are busier than others. A retainer keeps the cost consistent and predictable week to week, month to month, which makes cashflow easier to manage on both sides. You know exactly what you're paying, and I'm focused on the work and the outcomes, rather than the clock.
