I'm Nikita Saunders, Founder and Director of The Admin Agency in Cambridge, Waikato.
I started The Admin Agency because I genuinely enjoy what many business owners don't: the detail, the systems and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business organised and moving forward.
For me, good admin isn't just about ticking things off a list. It's about knowing what's happening, anticipating what needs to happen next and creating the structure that makes a business easier to run.

With 20+ years of experience across legal, accounting and high-volume sales environments, where organisation, accuracy and follow-through aren't optional.
I've seen first-hand what makes a well-run business work, and I bring that experience and judgement to every client I support.
